Ben Stevens - Mornings 6a-10a

Ben has been working for WATZ since June of 2015. He worked in the Newsroom for years but would fill in for DJs when they were out sick or on vacation. Now, you can spend weekday mornings with him from 6 to 10 a.m.

Ben has a love for all kinds of music, especially for rock and metal bands from the 60s, 70s, and 80s. When it comes to Country, he likes both the old and the new. He enjoys Johnny Cash, Waylon Jennings and Willie Nelson as well as Luke Bryan, Rascal Flatts and Carrie Underwood among others. 

He also likes sports, particularly football, and hockey. He’s rooted for the University of Michigan since he was a boy, idolized Michigan alum and NFL legend, Tom Brady, and has become a Red Wings fan over the years.

When he isn't working, Ben enjoys exercising, relaxing or whatever piques his interest. As he would put it, “I do what I want.”
